(MENAFN) Egyptian entrepreneur Ahmed Saeed Al Feki has launched a business focused on manufacturing mini cars, as his small contribution part of helping the difficult economic state of his country.
Al Feki launched the project in hopes to exterminate the need for the famous Tuk-Tuk (a small three-wheeled power-driven vehicle) that many Egyptians depend on for transportation.
Egypt currently imports Tuk Tuks from China, which, costs over than USD290 million a year, according to Al Feki.
Some of them are manufactured locally but without the approval of the Egyptian Traffic Authority.
