Oman- IPA reviews reports, approves projects implemented


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) held its third meeting on Monday with the participation of H E Sheikh Khalid bin Omar bin Said al Marhoon, Minister of Civil Service and chairman of IPA.

IPA's Board of Directors approved the items listed on the agenda which included a report on the activities of the institute during the first half of 2017.

The board reviewed a report on following up the implementation of the decisions taken at IPA's board meeting on June 7 and took necessary decisions.

The board also examined a report on the institute's activities in training the employees of the state's administrative system and some projects implemented at some public agencies.

The most notable of these projects included the training project for the middle administrative managers, developing the performance indicators for the institute in the field of providing administrative advice and researches.

IPA's draft organisational chart was also approved by the board.
