(MENAFN- Jordan Times) AMMAN — Deputising for His Majesty King Abdullah, Prime Minister Hani Al Mulki on Monday met with the Governor of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) Akira Kondoh and an accompanying delegation, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The prime minister affirmed the Kingdom's appreciation of Japan's support and developmental aid.
He also discussed possible opportunities offered by the bank to attract investments for the reconstruction of regional countries. Mulki listened to a briefing on the bank's activities that finance public and private partnership projects. JBIC previously financed a number of energy projects in Jordan, according to Petra.
