Hundreds join Vodafone's iPhone 8 Qatar launch

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Vodafone has officially launched in Qatar the highly-awaited smartphones, the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus in an exclusive midnight event, which saw hundreds of people showing up at the company's store at Villaggio Mall.
Those who pre-ordered online and wanted to be some of the first to pick up their favourite handset joined the Vodafone team for the chance to be part of the memorable event. To give wider access to other customers who wished to purchase iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus on the spot, Vodafone extended the opening hours of three of its other flagship stores in Mall of Qatar, Landmark, and City Center this year.
Timed with the launch, Vodafone launched great data offers for both postpaid and prepaid customers who purchased iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus. At the event, Vodafone announced that all new and existing Vodafone postpaid customers will enjoy 8GB a month of local data for three months with their new iPhone. Vodafone prepaid customers will receive 8GB of local data for 90 days. Furthermore, Vodafone offers two-year warranty with all iPhone purchases.
