Saudi companies concerned about cyber security

(MENAFN) According to a research from VMware, two thirds of IT decision-makers in Saudi Arabia rank cyber security as their number one IT priority, on the other hand, the current levels of cyber security investment alone may not be enough, as said by the global leader in cloud infrastructure and business mobility.

VMware announced that about half (46 percent) of Saudi organizations till expect to be hit by a cyber-attack, almost three times the amount of respondents in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

As Saudi organizations drive digital business competitiveness in support of Saudi Vision 2030, connecting applications and devices to networks is exposing them to more and complex cyber-threats, from malware to advanced persistent threats.
