(MENAFN- The Conversation) I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Manchester (Manchester, United Kingdom). My research is in the field of severe storms meteorology. In particular, I am interested in developing a better understanding of the occurrence of severe convective storms in Europe. Recently, a particular focus of my research was on the climatology, risk, and societal and economic impact of European tornadoes.
