(MENAFN) Jordan proclaimed that it will receive Macro-Financial Assistance, MFA, from the EU at USD236mn value.
Accordingly, the loan comes as part of commitments made by the EU amid the "Supporting Syria and the Region Conference" held in London Feb 2016.
In addition, the amount of financial assistance will be transferred to the treasury in two installments.
The first of 100mn euros will be disbursed before the end of the year and the second payment of 100mn euros will be disbursed in the coming year.
