(MENAFN) The Head of Iran's Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) said that the country has received about 44,000 passenger cars for USD1.18 billion during the first 6 months of the current Iranian calendar year.
Furthermore, the official added that the country has marked at least 40% increase in terms of value in comparison with the same time in the preceding year.
On the other hand, the head added in terms of number, the imported amount of cars in Iran has jumped by 38% form the same half in the past Iranian calendar year.
