Hurricane Maria leaves Caribbean to threat US east coast

(MENAFN) Hurricane Maria had left deaths and destruction behind it, as it is now taking track away from the Caribbean, towards US east coast.

According to authorities, if hurricane headed toward north at 15km/h, it will pass within 150 to 250 km of the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

This brings the prospect of heavy rain across eastern North Carolina, but of greater concern is the effect that Maria will have on the sea state along Eastern Seaboard.
