(MENAFN) Beijing's housing commission on Saturday issued a construction guideline on joint ownership housing, which will be effective from Sept. 30.
As part of government efforts to stabilize the property market, China's housing authority has approved a pilot joint ownership housing scheme in Beijing and Shanghai.
Accordingly, many houses will be provided in Beijing in the coming five years.
