The Bar Association of Sri Lanka (BASL) has requested the Chief Justice to take legal action against Deputy Minister Ranjan Ramanayake.
The BASL submitted documents to the Chief Justice with regards to comments made by Ramanayake on the judiciary.
Ramanayake was accused of making comments which insulted the judiciary. (Colombo Gazette)
