(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Sept 21 (KUNA) -- Former member of the National Assembly and ex-minister of social affairs and labour Hamad Mubarak Al-Ayar has passed away on Thursday.
Al-Ayar has made outstanding achievements since the start of his political career in 1963 when he won a parliamentary seat representing the third constituency.
In 1971 he was nominated minister of social affairs and labor and took the portfolio of housing in 1976; he also served as minister of public works and minister of electricity and water two years later. (end) msa.gb
