Evacuation deal in eastern Syria


(MENAFN) Syrian Observatory said for Human Rights on Friday that after the Syrian government and Islamic State reached an evacuation deal, hundreds of civilians left an Islamic State province in central Syria.

A Syrian military source said that the army and its allies had captured several areas in the province.

Civilians from the enclave between Hama and Homs provinces, had arrived in rebel-held Idlib province, according to an insurgent source in northwestern Syria.

During their eastward drive against the Jihadists in August, the Syrian Army in which supported by Russian air power as well as Iranian militants, has isolated the pocket, Islamic State's last last existence in central Syria.
