ComRent International Introduces Advanced CR Remote Supporting Multiple Load Bank Testing Units

(MENAFNEditorial) BROOMFIELD, Colo., Sept. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --, a global leader in for testing and commissioning mission-critical infrastructure, announced the CR Remote, a technologically advanced remote system providing a single operator all load bank functions, controls and operations from one centralized platform.

The new CR Remote from ComRent provides advanced remote capabilities to control and monitor up to 50 load banks from a single remote. "The CR Remote is more than a remote, because it simulates real-world scenarios that can be customized to your specific project," said Doug May, CEO and President of ComRent International. "We believe our fully customizable software system will transform the load bank testing experience by providing a more efficient test that maximizes performance, safeguards assets, shortens schedule and reduces cost associated with mission critical testing."

The CR Remote goes beyond simply turning load banks on and off. The user-friendly interface allows an operator of all technical levels to effortlessly activate fans and control loads equally in up to 50 load banks on a single network, or only those individually selected. Load banks may be added or removed to adjust capacity and/or test individual sections of a testing environment, such as a data center redundant power supply. Users can even avoid confusion by creating nicknames for each load bank.

In conjunction with the CR Remote, ComRent is also pleased to announce the release of the LPH 500, a 480/415/240V unit supporting the growing demands of the data center market. The LPH 500 is an indoor/outdoor rated load bank that provides flexibility to adjust the exhaust louver direction to up, horizontal and down. The triple voltage unit features the capability of accepting internal/external 415 VAC and surface mounted "Cam Lok" connectors to facilitate a faster setup and test implementation.

The LPH 500 fleet, along with an expanded fleet of LPH 400, are remote ready units, providing commissioning agents and our customers with the most accurate, reliable tests.

"ComRent continues to respond to market demands by expanding our fleet and releasing new load banks," said Lynn Villard, COO and CFO of ComRent International. "We are committed to providing customers with a superior testing experience, while at the same time enhancing the efficiency of its delivery and operations."
