Indian Food Festival at Four Points by Sheraton from Sept 21

JW Marriott Kolkata chef Gopal Krishna, will partner with Four Points by Sheraton's head chef Stefan Babits to take guests on a culinary journey through India's rich cuisine.

The guests will lavishly enjoy the items from Kashmir to Kolkata culinary journey through 'Indian Food Festival'. Our guest chef Gopal will put Indian munchies like Paw Bhaji, Pani puri, Papri Chaat, Panner Masala as your appetizer.

In the hot appetizer station you will find dosa and a variety of kebabs like Beef Mashoori Kebab, Mutton Shami Kebab, Adraki Tikka and more. In main items you will find Hadrabadi Mutton Biryani, Almonds Saffron Pulao, Lobster Masala, Goan Fish Curry, Pomefret Masala, Karai Paneer, Kashmiri Dum Aloo, Mutton Achari etc.

Without the traditional Mithai the food fest will be incomplete. The dessert section will be enriched by Golam Jamoon, Rasmalai, Gajor Ka Halwa, Resmi Jelabi that will surely make you to lick your finger.

To savour the rich taste of Indian cuisine dinner will cost you Tk 3542 net per person.
