Gov't: 2 out of 3 Jordanians in Eilat Incident Released


(MENAFN- Alghad Newspaper) AMMAN —AlGhad— The Ministry of Foreign Affairs made a statement today, Wednesday, confirming the release of two Jordanians, out of three, detained last night in Eilat, over the alleged assault of the an Israeli female at one of the hotels in the city. The Ministry is closely following up on the ongoing investigation, via the Jordanian embassy in Tel Aviv. According to the statement, the third Jordanian, who's currently being held in Eilat, is under investigation, and is charged with attempted robbery, preliminary investigations indicate.
