Kuwaiti, Iraqi FMs meet in New York
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) NEW YORK, Sept 20 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah held talks with his Iraqi counterpart Ibrahim Al-Jaafari Wednesday, focusing on bilateral ties as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest.
The meeting, held on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, was attended by the Assistant Foreign Minister for the Foreign Minister's Office Ambassador Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Mohammad Al-Sabah and Kuwait's permanent representative to the UN Mansour Al-Otaibi. (end) bs.asf
