Two men who received a parcel from overseas believed to contain drugs were arrested for suspected drug trafficking in Yau Ma Tei in Kowloon on Tuesday.
Officers from the Customs drug investigation bureau found 40 bags of cannabis buds inside a parcel from Canada on September 14 after X-ray scanning at the Air Mail Centre Delivery Office at Hong Kong Airport in Chek Lap Kok, Apple Daily reported.

Customs officers tracked down the recipient's address and arrested two South Asians aged 37 and 41, both asylum seekers, in Yau Ma Tei in the early hours on Tuesday for suspected drug trafficking, Sing Tao Daily reported.
The officials believe a group is manipulating the smuggling, so they are investigating the source and its sales channels.
