Kuwait- Warba Bank takes stake in financing deal
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Sept 17 (KUNA) -- Warba Bank announced on Sunday its participation in a financing deal, compatible with the Islamic Shariaa, for service of ALAFCO aviation company.
The deal is worth KD 91.4 million (USD 300 million) and valid for three years.
The bank said in a statement that its contribution amounted to KD 24.4 million (USD 80 million).
Warba Bank, established by an Amrici Decree, was registered as an Islamic Bank by the Central Bank of Kuwait in April 2010. (end) fnk.rk
