At least 10 wounded in St. Louis protests


(MENAFN) Police added that it ahs set up obstacles around the courthouse as well as police headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, U.S., preparing for further marches in the coming days.

Local media stated that protests started in the area on the border of Missouri and Illinois after a St. Louis circuit judge acquitted former police officer Jason Stockley who killed the 24-year-old Lamar Smith in 2011.

On the other hand, people in the march has clsoed highways and smashed public and private possessions via throwing rocks at police officers and bricks at the St. Louis mayor's house.
