(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The final leg of the football tournament organised by Trags Youth Group (TYG) was recently held at Barwa Sports Complex, Al Khor. A total of 32 teams participated in the tournament. The KYC team defeated the Redko Boys 1-0 in the final match. The final was attended by chief guest Tharcha Lama and Birendra Yakthumba, chairman of Sandhya Group (SG). It was chaired by TYG chairperson Prabin Ghimire. After the final whistle, Doha-based Nepali folk singer Devika KC performed one of her hit songs and Sanjeev Khati and Raj Gurung, both associated with SG, performed a dance. TYG also felicitated Rekha Rai, founding chairperson of Nepalese Women Society-Qatar, and film director Suraj Tamang for their contributions. About a thousand people watched the final.
