A number of users in the social media have praised the visit of the Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to Turkey, Germany and France saying it conveys important messages.
'The Emir's visit conveys a number of messages - that inside the country, people are united and Qatar is strong, confidence between people and their leader, a global appreciation of the State of Qatar and also appreciation of leaders' ‘positions', said Jaber Al Harami, former editor-in-chief of Al Sharq newspaper in a tweet.
Qatari twitterati said that they stand behind their Emir and said that 'if there is a ‘country of high morals' it is Qatar because it did not take any negative steps against the citizens of siege countries staying here. However, siege countries did not show maturity and took actions against Qataris staying there.
Commenting on HH the Emir's visit to Turkey, Njoud A AIHamadi, said: 'I swear they are (HH The Emir and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan) the only Muslim leaders I am proud of.
Another person tweeted: 'Two great leaders of this era who have translated their vision into reality. May Allah bless them.
Some also said that the siege countries wanted to punish Qatar and Qataris and punished their people and detained them to keep silent.
They stressed that Qatari people, after the crisis, have become more united and all became like one hand and have supported their leader's positions and that is why the siege has failed.
The siege countries did not expect the siege to fail.
Many other active twitter users said that the siege had become a shame for the siege countries, and Qatar is stronger than before.
Qatar is focusing now on achieving self-sufficiency and the country has taken a vow to become strong and self-sufficient in every sector.
The Hamad Port will account for 30 percent of the trade exchange in the region and will be a strong competitor to Dubai's Jebel Ali port, said a Qatari economic analyst while speaking to a local media channel.
