Bahraini Shura Council chairman praises relations with Jordan

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Manama, Sept. 14 (Petra)--Chairman of the Bahraini Shura Council Ali AL Saleh described Jordanian-Bahraini ties as distinguished and based on mutual partnership, cooperation and coordination.

At a meeting with Jordan's ambassador in Manama Rami Al Adwan, he said that relations between the two countries have reached an advanced level thanks to the efforts of His Majesty King Abdullah II and the King of Bahrain Hamad Bin Issa Al Khalifah.

During the meeting, Al Saleh and the ambassador discussed parliamentary ties, means to further boost them as well as other issues of common interest.

Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa also received Al Adwan during which he highlighted the strong brotherly ties between the two countries.
