Riyadh, Dhul-Hijjah 22, 1438 H., September 13, 2017, SPA -- President of General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) Abdul-Hakeem bin Mohammed Al-Tamimi today handed over the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to Chairman of flyadeal, Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, who is also Director General of Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAUDIA) corporation.
This came during a ceremony held at GACA headquarters in Riyadh in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SAUDIA Dr. Ghassan bin Abdulrahman Al-Shebl.
By obtaining the Air Operator Certificate, FlyAdeal Airlines would be qualified to operate regular domestic and international flights to and from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's airports.
