Kuwait- Ivory Coast woman dies in fall Lankan drowns in pool


(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Sept 12: A 32-yearold woman from Ivory Coast died when she fell from the fourth floor of a building in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area, reports Al-Rai daily. According to a security source, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received a call from a Sri Lankan woman who said she found her neighbor's body lying motionless in the yard of the building, Farwaniya security personnel, accompanied by officers from Investigations and Medical Emergency departments, rushed to the location and found the corpse of the African woman. The corpse was referred to the Forensics Department, and detectives are investigating the circumstances behind the incident and verifying whether she committed suicide or was murdered.

Death probed: Police are investigating the death of an unidentified Kuwaiti youth in Sabah Al-Salem, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added, when the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry received a report on the death police and personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department rushed to the house of the victim and found the corpse on the floor of the bedroom. Police also saw traces of fi re in the air-conditioning unit, which suggests the youth may have died after inhaling poisonous fumes.

Lankan dies in pool: A 26-yearold Sri Lankan drowned in the swimming pool on the farm of his sponsor in Abdali, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily quoting police sources said according the sponsor he went to the pool without his permission. The corpse of the victim has been referred to Forensics.
