Ukrian- PM Groysman: State budget to be approved on time

"This year the government will approve the draft budget for 2018 and submit it to the parliament on September 15. We will not withdraw the draft budget, we want a public discussion, he told journalists after getting acquainted with the report on the major repairs at a section of the H-01 Kyiv-Znamianka highway, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Groysman noted that among the priorities of the 2018 national budget are financing, construction and repairs of Ukrainian roads, financing of pension, educational and healthcare reforms.
