(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Omani all-rounder Shuaib al Balushi came up with a timely half-century to guide OCT Muscat to a thrilling two-wicket win over fancied Sinha CT in an Oman Cricket A Division league match at the Al Amerat ground on Saturday.
Chasing a meagre 114 to win, OCT Muscat was struggling as it suffered a middle-order collapse before Shuaib's knock of 52 that included eight fours off 47 balls and Majid al Balushi's 21 steered the team to victory in 24.1 overs. Sinha pacer, Fonzeka, came up with a superb spell of six for 26.
Earlier, Zubair al Balushi bagged five for 36 to bowl Sinha out for 113 in 38 overs.
