Turkey asks for previous intelligence


(MENAFN) Anadolu agency reported on Tuesday, Turkey issued arrest warrants for 63 people, including previous National Intelligence Agency personnel, over alleged links to the U.S.-based cleric accused of orchestrating last year"s try coup.

Moreover, the state-run news agency reported, the police operation was launched in 21 areas across Turkey.

Gulen has denied involvement, Ankara says cleric Fethullah Gulen, who has lived in America since 1999, was behind the abortive putsch in July 2016.
