Kuwait- Asian caught selling liquor on footpath
(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Sept 11: Securitymen arrested an Asian expatriate for displaying liquor for sale at a parking lot in Khaitan area, and confiscated 20 bottles of alcohol in his possession. He confessed selling the contraband to customers in the area. Meanwhile, security operatives apprehended two Asians in Jleeb Shuyoukh area for trading in alcohol.
They seized 120 bottles of the contraband, which the duo confessed selling each bottle for KD 8-10. Another Asian expatriate was arrested at a parking lot in Jleeb Shuyoukh area with 26 bottles of local liquor in his keep. He also confessed distributing the contraband to customers in the area. All suspects have since been referred to concerned authorities for necessary action.
