Kuwait, 20 Dhu-AlHijjah,1438 AH, 11 September,2017 , SPA -- Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received here on Monday the Special Envoy of French President, Ambassador Bertrand Besancenot.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries, ways of enhancing them in all fields, and latest developments at regional and international arenas.
