Qatar- AFG College welcomes prospective students at admissions event

AFG College with the University of Aberdeen hosted fourth Admissions Open Event at the College campus on Saturday in the presence of the Chief Executive Officer, H E Dr Sheikha Aisha bint Faleh Al Thani, along with the university teaching faculty, senior members of the University of Aberdeen and prospective students and their family members.
Al Thani warmly welcomed prospective students and their families saying, 'At AFG College with the University of Aberdeen we promise our students a high standard of university education and a platform for a strong future career in business and commerce. Aberdeen University ranks in the top 1% worldwide, we provide a more accessible option for individuals who are seeking a UK university education within the State of Qatar. It is important to note, that students at AFG College with the University of Aberdeen are registered students of Aberdeen and have access to the same teaching and learning resources and lecturing staff at the University's main campus in the UK.
Principal Brian Buckley said, 'We are happy to welcome these students and their parents on our Open Day, where they can meet our academic teaching staff, inquire about the degree courses available and familiarise themselves with the learning resources which are offered here at the College.
AFG College with the University of Aberdeen is a newly established university partnership offering undergraduate degrees specialising in Business Management and Accountancy & Finance. Qualified candidates can enter year three of their chosen degrees with evidence of previous study such as the Higher Diploma from the College of North Atlantic Qatar (CNAQ) and relevant qualifications from Community College Qatar (CCQ).
