(MENAFN) CBS Corp announced it will pay at least USD162mln in cash to acquire Australian broadcaster Ten Network Holdings.
The US most watched TV network said it agreed to acquire Ten last month, but none of the parties disclosed a price tag at the time.
Administrator KordaMentha stated financial details of the transaction after an opponent bidder challenged the deal in court last week.
