Afghanistan- 2 Paktika officials held on fraud, corruption charges
(MENAFN- Pajhwok Afghan News) SHARAN (Pajhwok): Two senior officers of southeastern Paktika province have been arrested and being investigated over fraud and corruption charges, reliable sources said on Sunday.
Government official who wished to go unnamed told Pajhwok Afghan News the detained officials were the Economy Department Director and Acting Department Director.
Provincial education official who wished to go unnamed said Education Director Mohammad Naseem Wajid was arrested by personnel of the National Directorate of Security ().
