(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Sept 7 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at his residence in Washington D.C. a delegation of Kuwaiti business personnel.
During the meeting, in the presence of Deputy Chief of the Kuwait National Guard (KNG) Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Amir stressed the importance of creating a viable and attractive business atmosphere in Kuwait to attract investments and commerce.
His Highness Sheikh Sabah lauded the business personnel for their efforts to bring investments to Kuwait, affirming that they are an essential part of Kuwait's development.
On his part, member of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) and head of the Kuwaiti businessmen delegation Osama Al-Nesf lauded His Highness the Amir and Kuwaiti leadership for its keen efforts to develop Kuwait's economy and financial status, affirming that Kuwaiti business personnel will heed the calls by the Kuwaiti leadership to transform Kuwait to an attract business and commercial hub.
The meeting was attended by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Anas Al-Saleh, and members of the delegation accompanying His Highness the Amir.
