Yemen's cholera infects 612.703, kills 2.048 since April


(MENAFN) Yemen's cholera has infected almost 612.703 and killed 2.048 since it started in April and some districts are still reporting sharp increases in new cases.

Meanwhile, the whole spread of the epidemic has slowed in the last two months, with the number of new suspected cases cut to almost 3.000 in current days.

However, epidemics normally falls as quickly as they arise, which is spread by contaminated food and water.

Moreover, there had been a sudden and notable increase in the number of suspected cases posted from 12 districts, like Hodeidah, Al Jawf and others.
