Beirut's airport sees increase in passengers' numbers
(MENAFN) The Lebanese National News Agency said that number of passengers using Rafik Hariri International Airport increased by half a million during January-August period comparing to the previous year.
Statistics released showed that passengers' numbers increased in August to reach 5,538,185, and in August only, numbers increased by 17% to reach 1 million.
Since all indications are showing that this trend is likely to grow until the end of the year, officials expected the numbers to increase using Beirut's airport to exceed 6 million passenger.
