Kuwaiti official applauds Saudi Arabia after prosperous Hajj season


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) JEDDAH, Sept 5 (KUNA) -- Saudi Arabia, with King Salman bin Abdulaziz at the helm, held a successful Hajj season in the current Hijri year 1438, a Kuwaiti official said on Tuesday.

Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Fareed Emadi told KUNA that "we have grown accustomed to such success and order in the Kingdom's efforts to placate pilgrims." He thanked Saudi authorities for their diligent work year-round to ensure that the Hajj pilgrimage is held smoothly and safely, adding that the Kuwaiti Hajj campaigns enjoyed similar success as well.

Emadi also said that he was grateful to everyone who participated or contributed in any way towards making this year's Hajj pilgrimage such a tremendous success. (end) nsa.nam
