Astana: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent yesterday a written message to President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, pertaining to bilateral relations. Qatar's Ambassador to Kazakhstan, H E Ahmed bin Ali Al Tamimi, handed the message, during a meeting yesterday with Kazakhstan's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Akylbek Kamaldinov.
