Ukroboronprom presents new Ukrainian weapons

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Ukraine's State Concern Ukroboronprom has presented achievements of the domestic weapon production for the past three years.

"Over the past three years, the State Concern Ukroboronprom has produced dozens of brand-new weapons that are a worthy response of Ukraine to the challenges of the hybrid war. While the An-132D transport aircraft proved the complete independence of the Ukrainian aircraft industry from Russia, the Phantom unmanned mini armored personnel carrier clearly demonstrated the advanced developments of the Ukrainian defense complex," the Ukroboronprom press service reports.

As noted, the weapon stations for armored vehicles, rockets, artillery systems, including multiple launch rocket system, UAVs and radar systems have been designed over the past three years.

The Phantom tactical unmanned multi-purpose vehicle, which is designed to become a sophisticated response to the challenges of modern warfare, is one of the most innovative Ukroboronprom's solutions.

As the Ukroboronprom press service stressed, July 2014 July 2017, the Ukrainian army got 5,281 units of new and modernized military equipment, 7,164 units of repaired and restored military equipment as well as 3,458 pieces of spare parts, assemblies and units.
