Jordan- Hot weather expected


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Sept. 2 (Petra) -- A rise in temperatures is expected today and tomorrow, sending temperatures 6 degrees above seasonal average, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.

Pleasant conditions, however, are expected across the kingdom at night, the JMD added. Winds will be northwesterly moderate and clouds will appear at various altitudes.

Temperatures for the coming three days will reach a high of 33 degrees Celsius in Amman, dropping to 20 at night. In northern areas, they will range between a high of 33 and a low of 21. In Aqaba, maximum temperature will hit 39 degrees Celsius, dropping to 27 at night.
