(MENAFN- The Conversation) I am an Associate Professor in marketing at Mount Royal University. In my research, I am interested in understanding how consumers' identity (gender, ethnic, etc.) affect how they use products and react to marketing communications. In another area of research, I am interested in understanding consumer debt and developing methods that encourage consumers to curb their credit card spending.
