Justin Safayeni

(MENAFN- The Conversation) I hold an Honours BBA (gold medalist) and JD. Following law school, I clerked at the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Currently, I'm an adjunct professor in Osgoode Hall Law School's Common law LLM program, teaching Canadian Administrative Law. (Before that, I taught business law at Wilfrid Laurier University's Lazaridis School of Business and Economics.) I'm also a lawyer at a litigation boutique in Toronto, practicing in the areas of administrative and constitutional law. I have appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada seven times. I enjoy writing and speaking about legal topics and do so frequently, in both industry journals and mainstream publications (e.g. op-eds).
