Online ticketing for using hajj railway
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) JEDDAH, Aug 24 (KUNA) -- Makkah Development Authority (MDA) announced on Thursday launching online tickets sale for pilgrims desiring to use train services at the holy sites on the website (www.mrda.gov.sa).
The authority said in a statement that those eligible to use the railway services are internal pilgrims, GCC citizens, those served by Turkey Establishment for Pilgrims, pilgrims from Europe, the United States of America, Australia and Pilgrims of South Asia Establishment.
The tickets are divided into five categories with various colors, for different destinations.
The railway service is forecast to serve some 350,000 pilgrims per day during the rituals. (end) nh.rk
