Chinese building material facility in Duqm to be ready by 2019
(MENAFN) A major facility for building materials, which is one of the 10 projects by Chinese firms in Duqm, will be ready by the middle of 2019.
Moreover, the building material distribution center is being developed by Ningxia Commercial Investment and Operation Ltd. with an estimated value of USD46mn.
In April this year, the Chinese firm had inked a land lease agreement with Oman for establishing the facility.
Accordingly, the proposed building material distribution center will offer everything (for the construction sector), from steel bar to furniture.
