Egypt aims to build three USD1.1bn phosphate plants in Western Desert


(MENAFN) Egypt will build three phosphate factories in New Valley province in the Western Desert, with investments between USD845.5mn-USD1.1bn.

Additionally, the factories are part of the Egyptian government's development plan for the governorate, which involves the launch of more agricultural and industrial projects.

Moreover, New Valley is the country's biggest governorate, comprising an area of 458.000 square meters, almost 44.3 percent of the whole surface of Egypt.
