(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) MOSCOW, Aug 23 (KUNA) -- Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will visit Kuwait by end of August, Russian foreign ministry announced Wednesday.
Preparations for Lavrov's upcoming visit to Kuwait were discussed earlier between Russian President's Special Envoy to the Middle East Mikhail Bogdanov and Kuwaiti Ambassador to Russia Abdulaziz Al-Adwani, the ministry said in a statement.
They also discussed efforts to enhance Russian-Kuwaiti relations in various fields, ongoing crisis in the Middle East region, Kuwait's mediation in the disputes between Qatar and four Arab countries. (end) as.ma
