Saudi- Undersecretary at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment meets with governor of Mississippi

Riyadh, Dhu-Al-Hijjah 01, 1438 H., August 23, 2017, SPA -- Undersecretary for foreign trade at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment Abdulrahman bin Ahmed Al-Harbi met in Riyadh yesterday with the governor of Mississippi Phil Bryant and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, also attended by some members of the Saudi chambers of commerce and industry as well as Saudi and American businessmen, bilateral relations and the strategic partnership between the two countries were discussed.
The two sides underscored the importance of enhancing cooperation with the U.S. State of Mississippi, home of several advanced industries, including automobiles, agricultural machineries and gas and oil industry as well as educational and health equipment.
For his part, Al-Harbi gave an account on the Kingdom's vision 2030. The Mississippi governor, for his part, expressed interest to boost cooperation between the two countries, noting that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a strategic ally and partner of the United States in a number of fields.
