(MENAFN) National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) Managing Director posted that Iran's gas export has came to 42 million cubic meters (mcm) per day.
Moreover, NIGC's manager added that the country has gained this amount of gas export as it began to ship cargoes to Iraq.
Never the less, the official stated other exports to the neighboring nations will stay as approved before, while the amount of gas export and another target countries are expected to further expand.
"Of course as the country with the most natural gas reserves in the worlds we should have a long term plan for gaining some share in Europe's market," he added.
