At Gryphon,Mr. Pundersonwilloverseethe execution and management of all Gryphon government contracts.This includes ensuringthat allperformance, quality, schedule, and cost control expectations are met.

Asthesenior contracting officialatNAVSEA,Mr.Punderson oversaw a multi-billion dollar portfolio including the nation's most complex shipbuilding and weapons systems procurement programs. He began his civil service career in 1981 as an intern for the Naval Electronic Systems Command and subsequently joined the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in a contracting position. He joined NAVSEA in 1985 as a contract negotiator and in 2001 he was named director of the Undersea Systems Contracts Division. In2004he became a member of the Senior Executive Service and appointed asNAVSEA'sDirector ofContracts(SEA-02). He is a recipient of the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Medal, the Presidential Rank Award, and numerous Special Act awards.
After leaving the Navy Mr. Punderson was the Senior Vice Presidentof D & IC atthePSC,Mr. Pundersonwas thelead foractivities relating to the intelligence community, the military services, and the defense agencies. The D & IC is the principal venue for PSC members to interface with key government officials, provide input on acquisition policy issues, and shape upcoming procurements in the defense and intelligence sector.
