Taiwan's export orders up in July

(MENAFN) Taiwan's government data showed that export orders have increased for the 12th straight month in the past month, on the back of high request for smartphones and other tech gadgets.

In addition, data showed that the solid demand for Asia's exports, mainly electronics, have pushed to reach stronger-than-expected economic growth across about all areas in Q2.

According to the government, Taiwan has increased last week its estimations for this year growth to about 2.11% compared with 2.05% seen in May, and predicted extra raise next year.
